Pedro de la Fuente

Argentine lawyer with 20+ years of experience. Through dedication to the clients' interests and hard work, I have acquired a comprehensive understanding of law and its relationship with other disciplines.

I earned my law degree from the Catholic University of Argentina and completed specialization programs in Corporate Law at the Universidad Austral and in Oil and Gas Law at the University of Buenos Aires. I hold a Master's degree in Business Law from the Universidad Austral.

I participated in the 46th Academy for American and International Law of the Center for American and International Law (formerly the Southwestern Legal Foundation) and in the summer program ("Summer Academy in International Law in a Changing World") organized by the University of Heidelberg (Germany) in conjunction with the Center for the Study of Law, Economics, and Politics, in Asunción, Paraguay.

I was awarded a scholarship by the Energy, Environment, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure Section of the International Bar Association.

I currently work as Director of the Office of General Counsel at PwC Argentina. Previously, I worked at well known Argentine law firms: Basílico, Fernández Madero & Duggan, Allende & Brea, and Rattagan, Macchiavello, Arocena & Peña Robirosa S.C.

Do good without making noise!

My pro bono work began when I joined the Catholic Lawyers Association, and today is aimed at assisting people with limited means, who are unable to access justice, in matters that are not of a patrimonial nature.
